Maghan is the founder of Rare Gems Autism & ADHD Support LLC, a neurodivergent-led organization dedicated to supporting Autistic and ADHD individuals, families, educators, and communities.

With a Master’s degree in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis and more than a decade of experience working with neurodivergent individuals, Maghan brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to her work.

As someone who is neurodivergent herself and has ADHD, Maghan understands that support isn’t one-size-fits-all. Her personal experience gives her an additional perspective on the importance of understanding, flexibility, inclusion, and practical strategies that work in real life.

Her experience also extends into the school system, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges educators and staff face when supporting neurodivergent students. She understands that schools don’t simply need more information they need practical tools, meaningful training, and support that can actually be implemented in the classroom.

Through Rare Gems, Maghan brings these experiences together to help individuals and families navigate autism and ADHD while helping schools, educators, organizations, and communities become more informed, inclusive, and supportive.
